Do I have to manage anything for the machines?

No. From set up to maintenance and stocking, our team provides all in one service. We will be there during set up, and our team will come restock based on demand, which is typically every 7 days. We will also be responsible for any servicing of the machines.

How much does it cost to place these machines?

There is no cost to you to have these machines placed in your facility. We will take care of the shipping, stocking, maintenance of the machines. The only thing we need is an area with an standard 110v outlet to operate the machines.

How big are the machines?

The machines are 6 feet tall, 3 feet wide and 30 inches deep.

Do the machines accept cards?

Yes. Our top of the line machines accept both cash and credit/debit cards for vending, as well as applications such as Apple Pay.

How are the products decided?

We typically sell some popular products under the county health service vending list. We will also introduce new products from time-to-time based on popular demand or market patterns.

Are the Healthy2U team members trained?

Yes. All the operators are certified through HealthyYou training program. We strive to provide the best vending machine service in industry, and our operators are trained to do just that.

What is NAMA certification?

NAMA certification is a rigorous process to ensure that vending machines meet the strict codes set forth by the US FDA. All of our machines are NAMA and ADA certified.
